No. There are no handling fees.

Do you charges sales tax?

Yes. Only to orders with a final destination of California. Sales tax is 7.75% and is calculated on the items only, not the shipping charge.

Do you have a return policy?

*Items not returnable: Incense, special orders (hand-crafted cat items), consumables, personal items, earrings. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

No. We do not charge a restocking fee. No hidden charges or fees anywhere.

My order arrived but it is damaged. What do I do?

E-mail us at: jwi@jwi.com. You must retain your order and all packaging material for the carrier in order to receive a  replacement. We will then issue a replacement order.
